Spicy Shrimp & Sausage Ramen


Ingredients:

2 packs instant ramen (no seasoning)

450 g shrimp (peeled & deveined)

200–250 g smoked sausage (sliced)

4 cups chicken broth

1 cup water

2 tbsp chili oil

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)

2 cloves garlic (minced)

2 eggs

1 jalapeño (sliced)

1 red chili (optional)

Green onions (chopped)

Salt (to taste)

Instructions:

1️⃣ Boil eggs (7–8 min) → cool, peel

2️⃣ In a pot → cook sausage until browned → remove

3️⃣ In same pot → add chili oil + garlic → sauté

4️⃣ Add broth + water + soy sauce + spices → simmer

5️⃣ Add ramen noodles → cook

6️⃣ Add shrimp → cook 2–3 min until pink

7️⃣ Add sausage back → adjust salt & pepper

8️⃣ Serve in bowl → top with eggs + jalapeño + green onions
