👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Season the Salmon
Pat the salmon dry and season with salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley.
2️⃣ Sear the Salmon
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Place the salmon skin-side down first and cook for about 4–5 minutes until golden and crispy.
Flip and cook another 3–4 minutes until just done.
Remove the salmon and set aside.
3️⃣ Cook the Garlic Butter
In the same skillet, melt the butter and add minced garlic.
Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
4️⃣ Cook the Shrimp
Add shrimp to the skillet and season lightly with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Cook for 2–3 minutes until they turn pink.
5️⃣ Make the Cream Sauce
Pour in the broth and heavy cream, stirring well.
Let the sauce simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
6️⃣ Combine Everything
Return the salmon fillets to the skillet.
Spoon the creamy garlic sauce over the salmon and shrimp.
Simmer for 1–2 minutes so the flavors combine.
