Creamy Crockpot Chicken Spaghetti
This creamy chicken spaghetti is the kind of comfort food that disappears fast! 🤤
Tender shredded chicken, creamy cheesy sauce, and perfectly coated spaghetti… all made easily in the slow cooker.
Ingredients
For the chicken and sauce
-
2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
-
1 can cream of chicken soup
-
1 can cream of mushroom soup
-
1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies (Rotel)
-
1 block cream cheese (8 oz)
-
1 cup chicken broth
-
1 tsp garlic powder
-
1 tsp onion powder
-
1 tsp paprika (optional)
-
Salt & pepper to taste
For the pasta
-
12 oz spaghetti
-
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
Optional toppings
-
chopped parsley or cilantro
-
crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
1️⃣ Place chicken in the Crockpot.
2️⃣ Add soups, diced tomatoes, cream cheese, broth, and seasonings.
3️⃣ Cook LOW 6–7 hours or HIGH 3–4 hours.
4️⃣ Remove chicken, shred, then return to the sauce.
5️⃣ Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
6️⃣ Add spaghetti to the Crockpot and mix well.
7️⃣ Sprinkle cheese on top and cook 10–15 minutes until melted.
