Loaded Shrimp Ramen with Sausage, Eggs & Potatoes

📝 Ingredients:

  • 1 pack ramen noodles (discard seasoning)
  • 8–10 large shrimp (peeled & deveined)
  • 6 oz smoked sausage (sliced)
  • 3–4 small potatoes (boiled & halved)
  • 2–3 eggs (soft or hard boiled)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1½ cups chicken broth (NOT water 👌)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce (umami boost 🔥)
  • 1 tsp chili oil (optional)
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ tsp Cajun seasoning (optional 🔥)
  • Fresh parsley or green onions

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

1️⃣ Prep the Eggs (Better version 👇)

Boil eggs 7–8 minutes for slightly soft center 🔥
Cool, peel, and slice in half.

2️⃣ Cook Potatoes

Boil in salted water until fork-tender.
👉 Optional: pan-sear them in butter for crispy edges (GAME CHANGER 😮)

3️⃣ Season & Sear Proteins

Season shrimp with:

  • Paprika
  • Black pepper
  • Cajun (optional)

Heat butter + oil in pan:

  • Cook sausage until browned
  • Add shrimp → cook 1–2 min per side

👉 Remove (don’t overcook!)

4️⃣ Build Flavor Base

In same pan:

  • Add garlic → sauté briefly

👉 All the flavor from sausage stays in the pan 🔥

5️⃣ Make the Broth

Add:

  • Chicken broth
  • Soy sauce
  • Chili oil

Bring to a simmer.

6️⃣ Cook Noodles

Add ramen noodles → cook until tender.

7️⃣ Assemble Like Viral Food 🔥

In bowl/container:

  • Add noodles + broth
  • Top with shrimp
  • Add sausage
  • Add potatoes
  • Add eggs

Finish with parsley or green onions.

🔥 Pro Tips:

  • Soy sauce = deep flavor (huge difference)
  • Don’t overcook shrimp ❌
  • Use broth, not water → 10x better
  • Sear potatoes = insane texture
