Loaded Shrimp Ramen with Sausage, Eggs & Potatoes
📝 Ingredients:
- 1 pack ramen noodles (discard seasoning)
- 8–10 large shrimp (peeled & deveined)
- 6 oz smoked sausage (sliced)
- 3–4 small potatoes (boiled & halved)
- 2–3 eggs (soft or hard boiled)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1½ cups chicken broth (NOT water 👌)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (umami boost 🔥)
- 1 tsp chili oil (optional)
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
- ½ tsp Cajun seasoning (optional 🔥)
- Fresh parsley or green onions
👨🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Prep the Eggs (Better version 👇)
Boil eggs 7–8 minutes for slightly soft center 🔥
Cool, peel, and slice in half.
2️⃣ Cook Potatoes
Boil in salted water until fork-tender.
👉 Optional: pan-sear them in butter for crispy edges (GAME CHANGER 😮)
3️⃣ Season & Sear Proteins
Season shrimp with:
- Paprika
- Black pepper
- Cajun (optional)
Heat butter + oil in pan:
- Cook sausage until browned
- Add shrimp → cook 1–2 min per side
👉 Remove (don’t overcook!)
4️⃣ Build Flavor Base
In same pan:
- Add garlic → sauté briefly
👉 All the flavor from sausage stays in the pan 🔥
5️⃣ Make the Broth
Add:
- Chicken broth
- Soy sauce
- Chili oil
Bring to a simmer.
6️⃣ Cook Noodles
Add ramen noodles → cook until tender.

In bowl/container:
- Add noodles + broth
- Top with shrimp
- Add sausage
- Add potatoes
- Add eggs
Finish with parsley or green onions.
