📝 Ingredients

  • 2 snow crab clusters 🦀
  • 500 g (1 lb) large shrimp (shell-on for flavor) 🍤
  • 4–5 baby potatoes (halved) 🥔
  • 2 corn on the cob (cut into chunks) 🌽
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp chili flakes (optional 🔥)
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning (optional but 🔥🔥)
  • ½ lemon (juice) 🍋
  • 1 tbsp parsley (for garnish)
  • Salt to taste

👨‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Boil the Base

  • In a pot, boil potatoes for 10–12 minutes
  • Add corn → cook another 5 minutes
  • Drain and set aside

2️⃣ Cook the Crab

  • Add crab clusters to boiling water
  • Cook 5–6 minutes (until heated through)
  • Remove and set aside

3️⃣ Build the Cajun Butter 🔥

  • In a large pan → melt butter + olive oil
  • Add garlic → cook 30–40 sec
  • Add Cajun seasoning, paprika, black pepper, chili flakes, Old Bay
  • Stir → let flavors bloom

4️⃣ Cook the Shrimp

  • Add shrimp → cook 2–3 min per side
  • Don’t overcook ❌ (they should be juicy)

5️⃣ Bring Everything Together

  • Add potatoes + corn + crab into the pan
  • Toss everything in the sauce

👉 Let it simmer 2–3 minutes so everything absorbs flavor


6️⃣ Final Touch ✨

  • Squeeze fresh lemon juice
  • Sprinkle parsley
  • Optional: drizzle extra melted butter on top
