Spicy Garlic Butter Chicken Wings with Shrimp & Cajun Eggs


Ingredients

For the Chicken Wings

1 kg chicken wings

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp Cajun seasoning

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp salt

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

For the Garlic Butter Sauce

4 tbsp butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp chili flakes

1 tsp Cajun seasoning

1 tbsp honey (optional)

1 tbsp chopped parsley

For the Shrimp

250 g shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 tbsp butter

½ tsp paprika

½ tsp Cajun seasoning

Pinch of salt and pepper

For the Eggs

5 boiled eggs

½ tsp Cajun seasoning

½ tsp paprika

Pinch of salt

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat the oven

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

2️⃣ Season the wings

In a bowl, toss chicken wings with olive oil, paprika, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

3️⃣ Bake

Arrange wings on a baking tray and bake 35–40 minutes, turning halfway until crispy and golden.

4️⃣ Prepare the eggs

Boil eggs for about 10 minutes, peel them, then sprinkle with Cajun seasoning, paprika, and a little salt.

5️⃣ Make garlic butter sauce

Melt butter in a pan. Add minced garlic and cook about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Stir in chili flakes, Cajun seasoning, honey, and parsley.

6️⃣ Cook the shrimp

In another pan, melt butter and cook shrimp with paprika, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper 2–3 minutes per side until pink.

7️⃣ Coat the wings

When the wings are done, toss them in the garlic butter sauce until fully coated.

8️⃣ Assemble

Place wings in a serving tray. Add shrimp and seasoned boiled eggs.

9️⃣ Finish

Spoon extra garlic butter sauce over everything and serve hot.
