1 cup ricotta cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

1️⃣ Activate the YeastIn a large bowl, combine lukewarm water and milk.
Add sugar and yeast. Stir gently and let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
The liquid should feel like warm bathwater — not hot.
2️⃣ Make the Dough
Add salt and oil.
Gradually add flour while mixing.
Knead for 5–7 minutes until you have a soft, slightly sticky, elastic dough.
3️⃣ First Rise
Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl.
Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1–1.5 hours, or until doubled.
