Savory Olive, Bacon & Cheese Bread


 Perfect for snacks, brunch, picnics, or appetizers. Soft, cheesy, and full of flavor!

📝 Ingredients

3 large eggs

1 cup (240 ml) milk

⅓ cup (80 ml) olive oil

1 ¾ cups (220 g) all-purpose flour

2 tsp baking powder

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, gruyère, or mozzarella)

¾ cup diced cooked bacon or ham

½ cup sliced black olives

2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

2️⃣ Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.

3️⃣ In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and olive oil.

4️⃣ In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.

5️⃣ Gradually combine wet and dry ingredients.

6️⃣ Fold in cheese, bacon (or ham), olives, and parsley.

7️⃣ Pour the batter into the loaf pan.

8️⃣ Bake for 40–45 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.

Add sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavor.
