Honey Garlic Baked Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients

• 12 chicken drumsticks
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/4 cup honey
• 1/4 cup soy sauce
• 2 tbsp ketchup
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp dried oregano or parsley
• Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2️⃣ Season the chicken

Place drumsticks in a baking dish and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika.

3️⃣ Make the sauce

In a bowl mix:

honey

soy sauce

minced garlic

ketchup

olive oil

oregano

4️⃣ Coat the chicken

Pour the sauce over the drumsticks and mix well so they’re fully coated.

5️⃣ Bake

Bake for 35–45 minutes, turning the chicken halfway and spooning sauce over the top.

6️⃣ Finish

Cook until the chicken is golden, sticky, and caramelized.

7️⃣ Serve

Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot.
