Homestyle Salmon, Shrimp, Mac & Cheese with Broccoli

2 salmon fillets

1 tbsp oil or butter
Shrimp
-
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

Mac & Cheese
-
2 cups elbow macaroni
-
1½–2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
-
½ cup milk
-
2 tbsp butter
-
Salt and black pepper
Broccoli
-
1½ cups broccoli florets
-
Salt
-
Butter (optional)
Instructions
1️⃣ Cook macaroni in salted water until tender. Drain.
2️⃣ Stir in butter, milk, cheese, salt, and pepper until creamy.
3️⃣ Steam broccoli until tender. Season lightly.
4️⃣ Season salmon with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
5️⃣ Sear in a skillet with oil about 3–4 minutes per side.
6️⃣ Season shrimp the same way and sauté 2–3 minutes per side until pink.
7️⃣ Serve salmon and shrimp with mac & cheese and broccoli.
