Garlic Herb Butter Lobster Tails
Ingredients
6–8 lobster tails (thawed if frozen)
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
5 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & cracked black pepper, to taste
Lemon wedges, for garnish
Instructions
1️⃣ Butterfly the lobster tails
Use kitchen scissors to cut the top shell lengthwise. Gently pull the meat out and place it on top of the shell (for that restaurant-style look).
2️⃣ Prepare the garlic butter
In a bowl, mix:
melted butter + garlic + lemon juice + paprika + Italian seasoning + salt + pepper.

3️⃣ Bake
Preheat oven to 400°F / 200°C.
Place lobster tails in a tray and brush generously with the garlic butter.
Bake for 12–14 minutes until tender and juicy.
4️⃣ Broil
Switch to broil for 1–2 minutes until slightly golden and bubbly on top 🔥
5️⃣ Serve
Garnish with parsley + lemon wedges and serve immediately 🤤
