Garlic Herb Baked Chicken Thighs
Ingredients:
6–8 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)
3 tbsp butter (melted)
2 tbsp olive oil
4–5 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt (or to taste)
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp oregano or Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh parsley (or 1 tsp dried)
1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
1/2 tsp onion powder (optional)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F)
2️⃣ Pat chicken dry (important for crispy skin)
3️⃣ In a bowl, mix: butter + olive oil + garlic + spices + lemon + parsley
4️⃣ Place chicken in tray → pour marinade → rub well
5️⃣ Arrange skin-side up
6️⃣ Bake 35–45 min until golden & cooked
7️⃣ Halfway: spoon juices over chicken
8️⃣ Finish with grill (3–5 min) for extra crisp 🔥
🔥 Serve hot with sauce from the tray… unbelievable taste! 😍
