- 1/2 cup buttermilk (or milk + 1 tbsp vinegar)
- 1 cup flour

- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning (optional ๐ฅ)
- Oil for frying

- 4 cups thick-cut potatoes
- Salt
- Paprika
- Optional: garlic powder

- Lettuce (chopped)
- Tomato (sliced)
- Cucumber (sliced)
- Red onion (thin sliced)
- Fresh lime or lemon

- 2 tbsp olive oil

- Mix flour + cornstarch + spices
- Remove chicken from buttermilk → coat well

- Heat oil to 175°C / 350°F
- Fry chicken 5–7 minutes per side until golden
- Remove and let rest
