  • 1 lb large shrimp (peeled & deveined, tails on)
  • 1 cup buttermilk (or milk + 1 tbsp vinegar)
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup cornmeal (for extra crunch ๐Ÿ”ฅ)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Oil for frying

  • 4 cups fries (crinkle cut preferred ๐Ÿ”ฅ)
  • Salt + paprika
  • Optional: garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
