Creamy Chicken & Shrimp Alfredo Penne
Ingredients

400 g penne pasta

2 chicken breasts, cut into cubes

250 g shrimp, peeled and deveined

3 tbsp olive oil or butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream (or cooking cream)

½ cup milk
-
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
1 cup fresh spinach
-
1 tsp paprika
-
½ tsp garlic powder
-
½ tsp onion powder
-
Salt and black pepper, to taste

Dried oregano or Italian seasoning (optional)

Chili flakes (optional)
Instructions

Cook the penne pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Season the chicken with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Cook the chicken until golden and fully cooked, then remove from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, season shrimp lightly with salt and pepper. Cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.

Reduce heat and add garlic to the pan. Sauté until fragrant.

Pour in the heavy cream and milk. Stir and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.

Add Parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.

Season with salt, pepper, and optional Italian herbs.

Add spinach and cook until it wilts into the sauce.

Add cooked pasta, chicken, and shrimp. Toss everything together until well coated with the creamy Alfredo sauce.

Serve hot and sprinkle with extra Parmesan, black pepper, or chili flakes.
🔥 Tip: For extra flavor, add a little Cajun seasoning to the shrimp before cooking.
