📝 Ingredients:

Base:

  • 4 large potatoes (peeled, diced)
  • 1 tbsp butter (for mash 👌)
  • Salt to taste

Protein:

  • 200 g beef (thin slices OR ground)
  • 200 g shrimp (peeled & deveined)
  • 1 tbsp oil

Veg & Flavor:

  • 1/2 onion (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup mixed veggies (broccoli, peppers)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)

Seasoning:

  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning (optional 🔥)
  • Salt to taste

Creamy Layer (UPGRADE 🔥):

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream or milk
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese (secret richness 😮)

Cheese Topping:

  • 1 cup mozzarella
  • 1 cup cheddar
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan (crispy golden top 🔥)

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

1️⃣ Make the Potato Base (Creamy + chunky 👌)

Boil potatoes in salted water until soft.
Drain and mash lightly with:

  • Salt
