Cajun Surf-n-Turf Loaded Fries
Ingredients
• 1 bag frozen fries (or homemade fries)
• 250 g beef steak strips
• 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 1 green bell pepper, sliced
• 1 red bell pepper, sliced
• 1 medium onion, sliced
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• Salt & black pepper to taste
• 2 tbsp chopped parsley
Cajun Cream Sauce
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp ketchup
• 1 tbsp hot sauce
• 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
• 1/2 tsp paprika
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• Splash of lemon juice
Instructions
1️⃣ Cook fries according to package instructions until crispy.
2️⃣ Heat olive oil in a pan. Season steak with Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook 3–4 minutes until browned, then set aside.
3️⃣ In the same pan, melt butter and cook shrimp with Cajun seasoning for 2–3 minutes until pink. Remove from pan.
4️⃣ Add onions and bell peppers to the pan and sauté until softened and slightly charred.
5️⃣ Make the sauce by mixing mayonnaise, ketchup, hot sauce, Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic, and lemon juice.
6️⃣ Assemble the fries:
Layer hot fries → steak → peppers → shrimp.
7️⃣ Drizzle with Cajun cream sauce and sprinkle parsley on top.
