Cajun Chicken & Seafood Boil with Eggs
Ingredients
For the chicken wings
2 lbs chicken wings
2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
Salt & black pepper
For the seafood mix
1 lb large shrimp (peeled or shell-on)
12 oz smoked sausage, sliced
6–8 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
For the Cajun butter sauce
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the wings
Pat chicken wings dry.
Toss with oil, Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
👉 Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway
or air fry at 190°C (375°F) for 25 minutes until crispy.
2️⃣ Cook sausage & shrimp
In a large pan, cook sausage slices until browned.
Add shrimp and cook 2–3 minutes until pink and juicy.
Remove from heat.
3️⃣ Boil the eggs
Boil eggs for 10 minutes, then peel and set aside.
4️⃣ Make Cajun butter sauce
Melt butter in a pan.
Add Cajun seasoning, Old Bay, paprika, lemon juice, and garlic.
Simmer for 2 minutes until fragrant.
5️⃣ Assemble everything
In a large tray:
Add crispy chicken wings
Add shrimp and sausage
Add boiled eggs
Pour the Cajun butter sauce over everything.
6️⃣ Finish & serve
Toss gently to coat.
Sprinkle fresh parsley and extra Cajun seasoning on top.
Serve hot 🔥

Add corn on the cob + potatoes to make it a full seafood boil experience.
