Garlic Steak & Cheesy Broccoli Rice Bowl

 Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs steak bites, cubed

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and black pepper to taste

4 cups cooked rice

3 cups broccoli florets

2 tablespoons butter

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

1. Season the steak bites with paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat. Add steak bites and sear for 3–4 minutes until browned and cooked to your liking. Stir in minced garlic during the last minute of cooking. Remove from heat.

3. Steam or sauté the broccoli until tender.

4. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add heavy cream and garlic powder, then stir in cheddar cheese until smooth and creamy.

5. Combine the broccoli with the cheese sauce until fully coated.

6. Place cooked rice into serving bowls or containers. Add steak bites on one side and cheesy broccoli on the other.

7. Spoon extra cheese sauce over the broccoli and serve hot.
