- Heat oil in pan until VERY hot
- Season steak (salt + pepper + paprika)
- Sear quickly until browned with crust
- Remove immediately (don’t overcook ❌)
2️⃣ Cook Shrimp Separately
- In same pan, add a bit of butter
- Add shrimp → cook 1–2 min per side
- Remove once pink & slightly golden
👉 Keeps shrimp juicy, not rubbery
3️⃣ Build Flavor Base
- Add butter + garlic
- Sauté briefly (30 sec)
- Add onions + bell peppers
- Cook until slightly caramelized
4️⃣ Create Sauce (Game Changer)
- Add soy sauce + honey
- Optional: Worcestershire + chili flakes
- Let it bubble 1–2 minutes
👉 This creates a glossy, rich glaze
5️⃣ Bring It Together
- Return steak + shrimp
- Toss quickly in sauce
6️⃣ Final Assembly
- Serve over warm seasoned rice
- Spoon extra sauce on top
- Finish with parsley + squeeze of lemon
🍽️ Final Result
