- 200 g shrimp (peeled & deveined)
- 4 lamb chops
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp honey (balances salt 🔥)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- ½ red bell pepper
- 1 cup bok choy or spinach
- 2 green onions
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste

- Pat lamb dry
- Season with salt, pepper, paprika
- Heat pan VERY hot
- Sear 3–4 min per side until crust forms
- Rest for 5 minutes before serving

- Drain and lightly oil to prevent sticking
