  • 200 g shrimp (peeled & deveined)
  • 4 lamb chops
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp honey (balances salt 🔥)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • ½ red bell pepper
  • 1 cup bok choy or spinach
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste

👨‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Perfect Lamb Chops (Key 🔥)

  • Pat lamb dry
  • Season with salt, pepper, paprika
  • Heat pan VERY hot
  • Sear 3–4 min per side until crust forms
  • Rest for 5 minutes before serving
