Steak, Shrimp, Corn & Broccoli Tray Meal
Ingredients
For the Steak
1 lb steak (sirloin, ribeye, or skirt)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt & black pepper to taste
For the Shrimp
10–12 shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper
For the Corn
2 corn cobs, cut into pieces
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp parsley (fresh or dried)
Salt to taste
For the Broccoli
2 cups broccoli florets
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper
Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Steak
Season the steak with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steak 3–4 minutes per side.
Add butter and spoon it over the steak while cooking.
Remove from heat, let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice.
2️⃣ Cook the Shrimp
In the same pan, melt butter.
Add shrimp, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink and slightly golden.
3️⃣ Prepare the Corn
Boil the corn pieces until tender (about 6–8 minutes).
Drain and toss with melted butter, paprika, parsley, and salt.
4️⃣ Cook the Broccoli
Steam or sauté broccoli until tender.
Add butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
5️⃣ Assemble the Tray
Place sliced steak, shrimp, corn, and broccoli in a tray.
Drizzle leftover garlic butter juices over everything and garnish with parsley.
🔥 Pro Tip:
Add a squeeze of fresh lemon over the shrimp and a little extra garlic butter over the steak for restaurant-level flavor.
