Shrimp & Beef Loaded Nachos
Ingredients:
1 bag tortilla chips (10–12 oz)
1/2 lb shrimp (peeled & deveined)
1/2 lb ground beef
2 cups shredded cheese (mozzarella or Mexican blend)
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 small onion (finely chopped)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
1/2 cup queso or nacho cheese sauce (optional)
1–2 tbsp chopped parsley or cilantro (optional)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F
2️⃣ Heat olive oil → cook beef + onion until browned
Add spices → mix well
3️⃣ In same pan → cook shrimp 2–3 min until pink
4️⃣ Spread chips in baking tray
5️⃣ Add beef + shrimp
6️⃣ Top with cheese
7️⃣ Bake 8–10 min until melted & bubbly
8️⃣ Add queso + herbs on top
