Homemade Lamb Chops with Mashed Potatoes, Cheesy Mac & Broccoli

Ingredients

Lamb Chops

• 8 lamb chops

• 2 tbsp olive oil

• 2 cloves garlic, minced

• 1 tsp salt

• ½ tsp black pepper

• 1 tsp dried rosemary

Mashed Potatoes

• 4 large potatoes, peeled and chopped

• ¼ cup butter

• ½ cup milk

• Salt & pepper to taste

• ½ cup brown gravy

Cheesy Macaroni

• 2 cups elbow macaroni (cooked)

• 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

• 1 cup milk

• 2 tbsp butter

• 1 tbsp flour

• Salt & pepper

Cheesy Broccoli

• 2 cups broccoli florets

• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

• 2 tbsp butter

• 2 tbsp milk

• Salt & pepper

Instructions

1️⃣ Cook the Lamb Chops

Rub lamb chops with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.

Pan-sear or grill over medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes per side until browned and juicy.

2️⃣ Make the Mashed Potatoes

Boil potatoes in salted water 15 minutes until tender.

Drain and mash with butter and milk until creamy.

Season with salt and pepper and top with warm gravy.

3️⃣ Prepare the Cheesy Mac

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Melt butter in a pan, whisk in flour and cook 1 minute.

Slowly add milk and stir until thick.

Add cheddar cheese and stir until melted.

Mix with cooked macaroni.

Transfer to baking dish and bake 15–20 minutes until golden.

4️⃣ Make the Cheesy Broccoli

Steam broccoli until tender.

Melt butter with milk in a small pan, add cheese and stir until smooth.

Pour cheese sauce over broccoli.

5️⃣ Assemble the Plate

Place:

• Lamb chops

• Mashed potatoes with gravy

• Cheesy macaroni

• Cheesy broccoli
