Glazed Lamb Chops with Creamy Shrimp Ravioli
Ingredients
For the Lamb Chops
6–8 lamb chops
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp butter
For the Shrimp Ravioli
300 g cheese ravioli
250 g shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
1️⃣ Season the lamb chops
Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
2️⃣ Cook the lamb
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook lamb chops 3–4 minutes per side until browned and slightly charred.
3️⃣ Make the glaze
Add butter and garlic to the pan.
Stir in honey (or brown sugar) and soy sauce.
Spoon the glaze over the lamb chops for 1–2 minutes until caramelized. Remove and set aside.
4️⃣ Cook the ravioli
Boil ravioli in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
5️⃣ Cook the shrimp
Melt butter in a pan, add garlic, and sauté 30 seconds.
Add shrimp and cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink. Remove shrimp.
6️⃣ Make the cream sauce
Add heavy cream, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Stir until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
7️⃣ Combine
Add ravioli and shrimp back into the sauce and toss gently.
8️⃣ Serve
Plate the creamy shrimp ravioli and arrange the glazed lamb chops on the side.
9️⃣ Garnish
Top with parsley and serve warm.
