Easy Loaded Baked Potato with Steak, Shrimp & Cheese Sauce
Ingredients
For the Potatoes
• 2 large russet potatoes
• Olive oil
• Salt
For the Steak & Shrimp
• ½ lb steak, cut into cubes
• ½ lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1 tsp paprika
• ½ tsp black pepper
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp salt
Toppings
• 1 cup broccoli florets (steamed)
• 1 tbsp chopped green onions
• 2 tbsp diced tomatoes (optional)
Cheese Sauce
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• ½ cup heavy cream
• 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
1️⃣ Bake the Potatoes
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Wash and dry potatoes, rub lightly with olive oil and salt.
Pierce with a fork and bake 50–60 minutes until soft.
2️⃣ Cook the Steak
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Season steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Cook 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
Remove and set aside.
3️⃣ Cook the Shrimp
In the same skillet melt butter.
Season shrimp with paprika and cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink.
4️⃣ Make the Cheese Sauce
In a small saucepan heat butter and heavy cream.
Add shredded cheddar cheese and stir until smooth and creamy.
5️⃣ Assemble the Potato
Slice the baked potatoes open and fluff inside with a fork.
Layer with:
• broccoli
• steak
• shrimp
Pour the cheese sauce generously on top.
6️⃣ Garnish
Top with green onions and diced tomatoes.
Serve hot and enjoy! 🔥
