 Pancakes with mushrooms


Ingredients :

For 4 people


1 pancake batter

250 g button mushrooms

1 large jar of fresh cream

150 g grated Emmental cheese

50g fresh spinach

20g semi-salted butter

Steps :

1. To start, make the pancake batter. Let it rest while you prepare the rest.


2. Next, cook the spinach in water or in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil.


3. Clean the mushrooms, then remove the stems. Cut the rest into thin slices.


4. In a skillet, start by melting the semi-salted butter before browning the mushrooms. When cooked, add the cream and cooked spinach.


5. In your crepe maker, place a ladle of crepe batter, then turn it over once it is cooked on the first side. Add the grated Emmental followed by your filling in the center of the pancake. 

Fold and serve your mushroom pancakes right away!
