Ingredients :

8 piece chicken, your choice breast, thighs, legs, etc.
1 c. Milk
2 t. pickle juice
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 beat egg
2 m flour
1/2 t. red pepper
1/2 t. garlic powder
1/4 t. Onion powder
1/4 t. cayenne pepper
1/4 t. black pepper
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t.  marjoram

Directions :

Combine milk, eggs, Tabasco juice, and pickle.

We throw chicken with it & marinate it in refrigerator for an hour.

Mix all rest ingredients into other scooping bowl.

Now I use a deep fryer, but you can use  iron skillet and heat oil 350 degrees.

Dipping chicken in flour, returning it to batter it was soaking in, also then returning it to the flour.

Placing it on a cookie sheet also continue cutt out remaining pieces.

Leave for 5 minutes before frying.

Placing 2-3 chops at time in the skillet & cooking for 7-8 mn

 boneless or 10-12 bones, flip as you go. Just check internal temperature. 160 degrees

You can preheat oven to 250 degrees also placing chicken on a cool rack over a cookie sheet to keep it warm also crispy while you finish the rest.
