Four cheese quiche

 Four cheese quiche

 Recipe :

- 80 goat cheese

- 120 g grated Gruyere

- 60 g grated Comté cheese

- 60g Roquefort cheese

- 4 eggs

- 20 cl of liquid fresh cream

- Salt

- Pepper

_ Preheat the oven to 180°C.

_ Unroll the puff pastry in a tart pan and prick the bottom with a fork.

_ Crack the eggs into a bowl.

_ Add the cream, salt and pepper and whisk with a fork.

_ Add the grated Gruyère and the grated Comté cheese and mix.

_ Pour over the dough.

_ Crumble the Roquefort and arrange the slices of goat cheese on top.

_ Bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
