Stuffed cheese shells for dinner


• 24 jumbo pasta, cooked according to package directions
• 450g ricotta
• 3 cups ricotta grated cheese teaspoons mozzarella divided use
• 2 Italian seasonings
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup grated parmesan
• 3 cups marinara sauce shared use
• 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
• Cooking spray


1. Preheat oven to 375 Grade F. Coat a 9” x 13” baking pan with cooking spray. 2. Spread 1 1/2 cups of marinara sauce in an even layer on the bottom of the pan. 3. In a bowl, combine ricotta, 1 1/2 cups mozzarella, Italian seasonings, egg, salt, pepper, and parmesan. Stir to combine. 4. Fill each bowl with the ricotta mixture and place it in the pan. 5. Drizzle the remaining marinara sauce over the mussels, then sprinkle with the remaining 1 1/2 cups of cheese. 6. Cover the bowl with aluminum foil. Boil for 20 minutes. Cover the pan and cook an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and beginning to brown. 7. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
