BREAKFAST SLIDERS

Ingredients:

°2 x 12 oz sausage rolls

°12 Hawaiian rolls

°8 large scrambled eggs

°6 slices Jack Pepper cheese

°8 slices American cheese

°1/2 cup melted butter

°1/4 cup maple syrup

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F. 

Heat skillet on medium heat. Form 12 sausage patties, slightly larger than a bun. Add the sausages to the pan and cook until completely cooked.

Meantime, using a serrated knife, cut the roll in half lengthwise (without breaking them). Place the bottom half of the rolls in a 7-10 or 9-13-inch baking dish; set tops aside.

Place scrambled eggs on the bottom rolls; top with pepper. Place sausage on top of pepper and top with American cheese. Carefully garnish with rolls.

Mix the melted butter and maple syrup in a small bowl. Brush the top of the rolls, letting the sauce run down the sides and into the bottom. Use the whole amount.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the cheese is frothy and melted. Serve and Enjoy!
