Chipped Beef Cheese Ball


8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, room temp.
2.25 oz. jar dried beef
4 green onions, thinly chopped


Place the cream cheese in a bowl. Lay out the dried beef and chop it into small pieces, add to the cream cheese. Add the green onions and combine all ingredients well (I use a fork for this). Turn out onto a piece of plastic wrap and form (with the wrap) into a ball. Place in the fridge overnight. Serve with crackers.
